When introduced to Myra we discussed the property and see pointed out problems that I might have. The tenant that was in the property presented a problem by not wanting to move out and Myra worked very hard to resolve the problem. After an extended period of time the tenant move out and we proceeded to work on the house to get it ready for the market. Once the property was on the market it sold in 48 hours. I appreciate all the time and effort by Myra Williamson in completing the process and reducing the amount of stress that I would have incurred.

Myra Williamson was a terrific realtor. She showed us multple homes within all perimeters we set. Even though we have bought and sold multiple homes Myra was there at every turn and was very knowledge during the process. We will definitely use Myra again as our realtor. It started with my Girlfriend and I walking into a house showing on a random Sunday that we had no intention of doing. And met a wonderful Lady by the name of Myra Williamson That worked for #Cutlerrealestate And let me say this, she was an angel sent from up above. Within a matter off minutes I knew she was the right realtor for us. Great personality and we laughed so hard at our random conversations my checks would hurt. Laura and I got to meet her wonderful father... Hell of a Man! And her to cute doggie in his Christmas outfit. (Priceless) And let me tell you her Diva Delight treats are to die for! Highly Addictive lol. I had owned a house the was in my family for about 65 years. Not in the best neighborhood in town but just a few minutes away. But I told her I was going to sell it myself and start looking for our dream home. Yeah, I thought It would be that simple, Selling you're owe home is for the birds. I gave up on that real quick. And Myra Williamson stepped in to bat. She was Confident she could get it done. And in less then 48 hours I was staring at 15 cash offers. BOOM! 17th Ave home SOLD! 30 DAY TO MOVE, DAMN! IT JUST GOT REAL.... The house searching went into full go mode. And let me just say. Picture look a lot better then peoples actual homes. There are some dirty homes out there. And a lot of pictures left out. Our time was running out. And Laura and i was down to our last two homes. A little more then our price ranges but i wasn't going to do a appartment... We wanted a home in Grove City. But could have settled in Gahanna or westerville. All lovely places to live. And the last two homes were beautiful. We had decided on a home and told myra to place a bid then we got a email from Myra right after we hung up the phone. I think this is what you're looking for! She came through clutch like Michael Jordan in the 4th quarter in game 7. And we got our new home! Now my soon to be brother in law is looking with Myra and I have more people lined up as well.
